Pepperoncini Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
3-4 lb beef roast5-6 cloves garlic1 jar pepperoncini ringsWhole wheat rollsProvolone or Mozzerella cheese slices
Directions
Cut slits in beef roast and push in whole garlic cloves. Place in slow cooker and pour jar of pepperoncini rings (including juice) on top. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Shred beef and serve on whole wheat rolls with provolone or mozzerella cheese.

    I've seen several recipes for this. Many include adding some Italian seasoning herbs for additional flavor. Some add beef consumme' liquid in the pot. I combined all the suggestions! It came out really tasty and not at all spicy. I didn't make sandwiches but will with the leftovers. - 8/25/11
