Low fat Cheesecake with Crust

Ingredients
Pie Crust Ingredients:1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt2 tablespoons brown sugar (Splenda brown sugar mix)Filling Ingredients:1-8oz. fat free Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 cup of Egg Beaters (egg white style)1/2 cup Splenda brand sweetener (granulated)1 tablespoon of vailla extract
Directions
Pie Crust Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, yogurt, and brown sugar. Press mixture firmly into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated over for 5 minutes

Filling Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into pie crust
Bake at 350 for 20min, if poured into the pie crust while it is still warm. A cooled crust will require baking for 25-30minutes or until set.
Cool and store in the refrigerator
Top with Cool Whip Fee and enjoy
