Our favorite London Broil

Ingredients
3 lb London Broil1 cup duck sauce4 tbsp lite soy sauce3 tbsp packed brown sugar1 tbsp of minced garlic (use more to taste)2 Packets of Au Jus gravy mix
Directions
Place duck sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic in 13x9 baking dish and mix together. Add london broil and coat all sides with sauce. Let marinade for 30 min or longer the better. Grill 7 minutes a side for medium middle. Serve Au Jus on side for dipping.
Makes 12 4-oz servings
Use leftovers for salad or wrap for the next days lunch
