Agave Sweetened Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 C coconut milk1/2 C agave nectar1/2 C cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. (I used a blender) Freeze according to your ice cream maker's directions.

In my ice cream maker the mixture doubled in size as it froze, yielding almost 6 cups of ice cream. We spooned it out into 1/2 cup portions, ate some soft, and froze the rest.
