Chicken and Salsa Quesadilla

Ingredients
-1 Low Carb Tortilla-3oz. Chicken breast cooked and cut into small pieces-2 tbs salsa-1/4 cup fat free cheese-1/2 tbs butter
Directions
-Cook chicken

-Cut chicken into small pieces

-Butter one side of tortilla

-Put butter side down in pan

-spread salsa on 1/2 the tortilla

-spread the chicken pieces out on the same 1/2

-sprinkle cheese on the other 1/2

-once cheese melts for the tortilla in 1/2

-remove from pan and eat!

-serves 1
