Sesame Seared Tunas

Ingredients
4 (6 0z) tuna steaks1/4 cup soy sauce1 tbs honey2 tbs sesame oil1 tbs rice wine vinegar1/2 cup sesame seeds1 tbs olive oilwasabe paste (optional)
Directions
In small bowl, stir in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar honey, sesame oil. Divide into equal parts. One for tuna one for dipping sauce.

Spread sesame seeds out on a plate. Coat the tuna steaks with the remaining soy sauce mixture, then press into the sesame seeds to coat.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet until very hot. Place steaks in pan and sear for about 30 seconds on each side (or longer if you dont like your tuna too rare). Serve with the dipping sauce and wasabe.
