Oven Roasted Veggies with Tofu

16 oz sweet potato8 oz small red potatoes6 oz asparagus1 small zucchini1 lrg red peper1/2 pkg firm tofu2 tbs pesto sauce
Directions
boil sweet & red potato chunks to parboil
toss together remaining ingredients
bake at 425 for 20 minutes (stir after 10)
