Raw Vegan Chili

Ingredients
1 cup water2 cups fresh tomatoes1/2 cup olive oil1 cup mushrooms1 cup celery2 TBS lemon juice2 to 5 cloves of garlicHot peppers to taste2.5 cups bean sprouts1 bunch of cilantro1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)Season with Mexican spices like cumin, cayenne pepper and etc.
Directions
In large bowl mix all ingredients and let chill in the fridge before serving.

Another option is blending all ingredients except for bean sprouts and then mix together and serve.
