Onion Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
1/4 instant minced onion3/4 tsp garlic powder1 32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and drained8 oz nonfat cream cheese, cubed
Directions
1. Combine onion and garlic powder n small bowl and mix well. Layer a quarter of potatoes in bottom of slow cooker; sprinkle with a quarter of seasonings and top with a third of cream cheese cubes. Repeat layers ending with potatoes and seasonings.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove lid and stir during last hour of cooking to mix cheese evenly.
