Fiber One Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup Designer Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate, 1 servingBanana, fresh, .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)Milk, nonfat, .5 cupTeddie unsalted Old Fashioned Natural Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or smoothie machine, add ice and I added some soda water for fizz and to thin it out a bit.
