Super Sloppy Turkey Joes

Ingredients
1 tbsp extra light virgin oil1 lb extra lean ground turkey1/4 cup brown sugar2 tsp steak seasoning1 medium onion1 medium red bell pepper1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 cups tomato sauce2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and ground turkey to pan and brown. Combine brown sugar and steak seasoning. Add sugar and spice mixture the skillet and combine. Add onion and red peppers. Reduce heat. Add vinegar and worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Cook approx 5 min. Add tomato sauce and paste to pan. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 min longer. I use 1/4 cup of sloppy joe on toasted wheat bun. Garnish with dill pickles. Calorie count does not include buns. Serving size is 1/4 cup and yields about 19 servings.
