Ingredients
I can S&W Organic Ready-Cut Diced Tomatoes12 oz. Fresh Green Beans1 cup chopped Mushrooms1 cup sliced Summer Squash½ cup onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced6 spears Asparagus, chopped into 1 inch pieces2 tbsp Extra light Olive Oil
Directions
Heat pan, add oil
add onion, garlic saute 3 minutes,
add rest of vegetables and tomatoes, including juice.
add salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you choose at this time.
place lid on pan and simmer for 12-15 minutes until done to your liking.
