Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
Cucumbers (3 or 4 large) - peeledSalt2 T sugar2T vinegar1T vegetable oil
Directions
Peel and slice cucumbers. Salt and refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together and pour over drained cucumbers right before serving.
