* Garlic, 4 cloves * Lemon juice, 2 tbsp * *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp * *Peanut Butter, chunk style, .50 cup * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed * Ginger Root, 4 tsp * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, .50 tsp * *Spaghetti, dry, unenriched, 12 oz * *Bird's Eye Seven Veggie Stir Fry, 5 cup * Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
mix the first 12 ingredients in a bowl and set aside......boil the spaghetti and drain.........use the last ingredient (1 tbsp canola oil) to stir fry the birds eye veggies, scallions until mostly done.....stir in spaghetti and toss it around.........add the sauce and stir until fully heated......enjoy
