I small onionCanned Tomatoes, 1 can Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained and rinsed*Spanish Olives w/pimento - 5 olives slicedGarlic, 1 clove mincedOlive Oil, 1 1tsp Mushrooms, canned, 1 Can, drainedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium sliced
Directions
Saute vegetables until soft, add tomatoes and simmer until thick.
