Ingredients
1 rice cake- i like to use White cheddar.Top with marinara sauceSprinkel on Mozzerella cheeseAdd any toppings you want
Directions
1 rice cake- i like to use White cheddar.
Top with marinara sauce- enough to cover the entire cake
Sprinkel on Mozzerella cheese- enough to cover the sauce
Add any topping you want- be sure not to add too many or they will fall off as it is cooking

Put in the oven (I use a toster over for less heat in the kitchen) and cook till cheese melts. To speed up the process use the broil function, just be careful not to burn.
