2 eggs, hard boiled1 6 ounce can water packed tuna, drained5 dill pickle slices, chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1 1/2 Tbsp mayo1 Tbsp Plochman's stoneground mustard2 Tomatoes, sliced in wedges from the bottom, almost through
Mix all together except tomatoes. Fan the tomato out in a star and fill with half the salad mixture.
