Stevia no bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
I package of knox unflavored gelatine2 8oz packages of neuchatel cream cheese - softened1 cup boiling water1.25 TBS of stevia2 Cups of fiber one1/4 cup of butter - melted1 TBS of waterMelted unsweeted chocolate (you mix one tsp of stevia with this and put it on at the end)
Directions
Crust:
In a blender mix fiber one to a bread crumb like consistancy. In a small bowl mix crumbs and (melted butter with 1 tbs of water). Put in a greased springfoam pan, pushing to the bottom.

Bake at 350 until its done. about 10-15 minutes

Mix gelatin with 1 TBS of stevia in small bowl; add 1 cup of boiling water and stir of 5 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth; slowly beat in gelatin.

Pour in springfoam pan on crust. Pour heated chocolate over cheese cake and swirl with a knife of spoon. Refigerate for 3 hours or until firm. ENJOY!
