Ingredients
Rice, white, cooked, 1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Peas, frozen, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, slicedLand O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 2 tbspMinced garlic 1tspsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
spray pan with cooking spray, saute mushrooms add the rest of the ingedients mix until well incorperated. Makes 6 servings.
