Grilled Potato Steak Fries

Ingredients
2-3 potatoes1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oilCajun or Old Bay Seasoningsalt
Directions
Boil the potatoes whole in water for about 10 minutes until tender on the outside, but still somewhat raw in the inside. Let the potatoes cool down enough to handle. Cut the potatoes into thick wedges. Toss with oil and seasoning. Place directly on the grill. Grill potatoes for 5 minutes on each side, or unitl cooked all the way through.
