Low Cal Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 cups peeled, chopped apples.5 cup Splenda75 grams raisins.5 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla2 egg, beaten.5 cup low or non fat yogurt1.5 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Makes 9 servings

Pam a square baking pan or a pie plate.

Combine all the wet ingredients, add the dry ingredients, mix. Bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven til done.
