Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
Four Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot2 Tbsp white vinegar2 Tbsp butter4 Laughing Cow cheese wedges, garlic and herb
Directions
Put chicken breasts in crock pot. Melt butter and mix with Frank's Red Hot and white vinegar, and pour over chicken. Cook on high for four hours. When done cooking, shred chicken breasts and stir in Laughing Cow wedges until melted. Serve over pasta.

    Delicious! I didn't make it in a crockpot though, due to lack of time. I made it on the stove instead, but it was still great! Good idea for this recipe, glad I tried it! - 1/21/11

    This was wonderful. I actually doubled the recipe to make plenty of left overs. I served it with angel hair pasta. But I'm thinking of eating the left overs in a flour tortilla or on a hamburger bun. It is pretty spicy, but it has a great flavor! I cooked mine on low for 8 hours. - 1/5/11

    I loved this! I had made a similar version in the past but this was 10 times better than that.
    Even my finance liked it, which means we'll be making it again. Excellent! Oh, FYI - We have a new crock which cooks at a higher temp so we only need to cook chicken for 2.5 hrs on high. - 11/3/10
