Chicken Taco

Ingredients
2 low carb tortillas6 ounces of diced chicken2 tbsp salsa2 tbsp light sour cream1 cup spinich.5 cup chunky tomato.25 cup diced onion1 tbsp oilive oil1 jdiced jalapeno1 diced garlic clove1 oz cheddar cheese
Directions

Preheat saute pan on med high with olive oil. add chicken, when it starts to brown add onion, jalapeno and garlic. When onions are carmelized stir in half of the tomatos and salsa. Turn off heat and add spinich and cheese. Stir. Warm tortillas in a flat bottom pan (i use cast iron). Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and enjoy.
