Ingredients
Ist pan....Brown meat in olive oilAdd: all the spices, blend wellAdd: carrots, onions, garliccabbage, I used Nappa cabbagetomatoe sauce and diced tomatoesI used the one with peppers and onions1 can chicken broth1 cup of water1 cup rice, I used whole grain
Directions
8 large cups of hearty filling soup
I added 1 tsp. paparika also, couldn't find nutrition info.
You can simmer this soup for a long time if you want. Depends on how done you want you carrots and cabbage

Serve stoup over rice or put rice right in the pot for a one pot dinner. Leftovers are great!
