Herseys Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar1-3/4 cups all purpose flour3/4 cup Hersey's unsweetened cocoa powder1-1/2 tsp baking powder1-1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup 1% milk3 large eggs1/2 cup canola oil
Directions
In large bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, stirring well to combine. Add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well with electric mixer on medium speed for two minutes. Add one cup boiling water. Stir to combine well. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9" pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Frost when cool with chocolate frosting.
