Ingredients
500gms.Okra(Bhendi/Bhindi/Lady Finger)1.5tsps.Turmeric Powder3tsps.Red Chilli Powder2tsps.Coriander--Cumin Powder1.5tsps.Dry Mango Powder(Aamchur)1tsp.Garam Masala Powder(Everest/MDH/Shaan Brand)Salt to taste3tbsps.Chick-Pea Flour(Besan)OR1.5tbsps.Soy Flour+1.5tbsps.Rice Flour4-5tbsps.of Sunflower Oil
Directions
Wash the Okra well and wipe dry.There should be no water on the Okra at all. Slice into 0.5"thick slices. In a bowl add the Okra, all the spices and Chick-Pea Flour(or Soy+Rice Flours) together.Toss gently to mix it all together well. The Okra should be evenly coated with the mixture.Heat Oil in a Non-Stick Wok.Add the Okra and stir around gently for the Oil to coat all the slices. Fry on low flame till crisp.If needed drain on paper towels before serving to remove excess Oil.Serve hot with Indian Bread and Dal.
