Ingredients
1-Large banana2-tsps of honey mixed with 1 tsp very hot water2-Tbsp of plain or flavor craisans (I love cherry)2-Tbsp of roasted sunflower kernels (salted)
Directions
Stir honey and boiling water till mixed
Slice large banana in half lengthwise and place flat side up
Brush or drizzle honey mixture all over flat side of banana
Sprinkle sunflower seeds all over each half
Next place craisans ontop
Now cut each half into 4
Makes 2 servings of 4-2 inch pieces
