1 bunch of ciliantro chopped fine1/3 purple onion chopped fine1c kraft zesty italian dressing2 cans blackeye peas1 can black beans1 can whole kernal corn1 can diced tomatoes
Directions
Makes a large 5quart pyrex dish full. Marinate in fridge for about 1-2 hours for the best flavors.
