Kara's Healthy Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
~1/2 cup fruit juice (I used Ocean Spray 100% juice with no sugar added)~1/2 cup low fat yogurt (I used wegman's low fat light berry yogurt)~1 cup of frozen blueberries(or mixed berries)~1/2 medium banana (I used a frozen one but fresh would work fine too)~1 or 2 tbsps wheat germ (too make it more healthy)
Directions
Blend ingredients together until smooth and enjoy! :)
