Asian Broccoli Slaw with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 package Brocolli slaw1c chopped napa cabbage1 tbls sesame oil1/2 cup chopped onion or green onions4 cloves garlic minced2 or 4 servings Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley - I only used 2 for this5 tbls Lite soy sauce
Directions
Place 1 TBl spoon in pan until hot. Then add minced garlic, and onion and cook till limp. Add Brocolli slaw mix, and 1/2 the Lite Soy Sauce, saute til it gets limp, add the cabbage and the remainder of the soy sauce. Then add the cooked rice. Mix well and serve. This is enough for probably 4 people, and should be made with double the rice, but I like more veggies and less rice and eat alot of it
