Ingredients
1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Leaves1 tbsp Fresh Thyme1 tbsp Snipped Fresh Parsley1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp Splenda1 C Diced Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped1/2 (8-1/4") Cucumber with Peel, diced1/2 C Diced Sweet Red Bell Pepper1/2 C Diced Green Bell Pepper1/2 C Sliced Red Onion, separated into rings
Directions
Mix herbs, olive oil, vinegar and Splenda. In a serving dish, pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss.
