Low Carb/Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter1 cup Splenda1 Egg1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all together into a dense dough.
Roll into 12 walnut-sized balls, put onto baking sheet.
Press fork into top of cookies to flatten and create criss-cross look.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes.

    Nothing missing! I know it's hard to believe, but the ingredients do actually make a stiff dough. Surprising but true!
