1 c. Green Peppers (bell peppers), strips1 c. Red Bell Peppers, strips1 c. Yellow Bell Peppers (bell peppers), strips1 c. Chopped Onions, raw1 c. Chopped Carrots, raw2 c. sliced Summer Squash2 c. Bok Choy, raw-shredded1 T. Olive Oil3 cloves minced garlic
Directions
Stir fry lightly, adding water if necessary to avoid sticking. Makes four 1 1/2 c. servings.
