Directions
Heat oil n put chopped onion n stir till soft then add tomatoes an chili powder stir until cooked then add water. when water is boilin put pepper n mungdal along with rice and leave to cook until soft stew is prepared when its prepared then add salt. (dont cover the pan until served)
