Ingredients
1 slice non-fat processed cheese (American or swiss)1 plain rice-cake
Directions
- Place the slice of cheese on the rice cake
- Fold in the corners of the slice of cheese (optional) to help prevent the cheese from bubbling over
- Microwave for less than a minute until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Note that on high-powered microwaves, this may be just 10-15 seconds
- Enjoy!
