50g bulgar wheat50g frozen peas50g asparagus, finely slicedFresh herbs, finely chopped. I usually use chives and parsley, but to taste.2tsp tahinijuice of half a limeFreshly grated black pepper.
Boil bulgar wheat until almost cooked. (Check your packet for timings, as different grain sizes vary.) Throw in peas. Return to boil. Throw in asparagus. Return to boil and cook very briefly - a minute at most. Drain.
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
