Black bean tomato florentine soup

1/2 lb lean ground turkey 1 cup chopped carrots1 10.75oz can 98% fat free cream of celery soup2 14oz cans fat free chicken broth - 33% less sodium1 15.5 oz can black beans - rinsed (use Natures Promise if possible)1 cup tomato puree (make sure it does not contain added sugar)1/4-1/2 cup of water based on your thickness preference4 oz (approx 3 cups uncooked) Ronzoni Healthy Harvest wide noodles2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
Cook ground turkey in soup pot (no need for oil)
Add chicken broth, cream of celery soup, and cumin to pot stirring to combine.
Next add in chopped carrots, black beans, and tomato puree.
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add in noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add water at this stage based on consistency preference.
Add spinach and simmer an additional 6-8 minutes, depending on your pasta consistency preference.
