4 lb London Broil4 cups SauerKraut2 tblspn Caraway seeds1/4 c Dijon Mustard2 C Shredded Swiss cheese2 tblspn Low Fat Thousand Island DressingFrench Baguette, torn into chunks
Put London Broil, Sauerkraut, caraway seeds and mustard in slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours until meat is cooked through and tender.
Remove mixture from slow cooker, transfer to cascerole dish.
Cover with shredded swiss cheese, put in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
Remove from oven, serve with chunk of French Bread and dollop of low calorie Thousand Island Dressing
