Cheddar Chile Egg Muffins

Ingredients
2 tbs melted butter5 large eggs, beaten1 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese4oz can diced green chiles1/4 cup flour1/2 tsp baking powderSalt & pepper to taste***You can also add a few drops of hot sauce if you like it spicy***
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 . Spray muffin tin with butter flavored spray, such as Criso.
Wisk together all ingredients and pour 1/3 cup of mixter into each muffin cup. Bake 25-30 mins until set.
