Banana Soy Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen sliced banana (peel and slice banana before freezing)1 cup soy milk --use light soy milk if you are concerned with calories and/or fat2 oz tofu1 Tablespoon sugar free French vanilla syrup (or 2 tsps splenda and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients but nutmeg to blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie is too thick add water and blend until you get a texture you like. Top with nutmeg and enjoy.
