Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
Casserole: 1 2lb bag of shredded hashbrowns 2 cups shredded light cheddar cheese 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free) 1/2 cup light margarine (melted) 1 8 oz package of light sour creamminced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste Topping: 1/4 cup light margarine (melted) 2 cups crushed Crispix or corn flakes
Directions
Mix hashbrowns, cheese, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic. Spread in 13x9 casserole dish (spray with cooking spray).

Melt 1/4 butter in small sauce pan, add crushed cereal and stir to coat. Spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
