Skillet Chicken and Rice Dinner

1 tbsp. olive oil4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can (10 3/4 oz) 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 1/2 cups water1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp ground black pepper2 cups uncooked instant brown rice2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerts
Makes 4 one cup servings
Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned. remove chicken.
add soup, water, 1/2 paprika, and pepper. heat to boil.
stir in rice and broccoli. return chicken to pan. sprinkle additional paprika and pepper over chicken. cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
