Hash Brown Potatoes with apples

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1.5 tbspApples, fresh, 1 smallOnions, raw, 0.25 cup, choppedPotato, raw, 3 small
Directions
Peel and julienne Apple and Potatoes. Toss together with chopped onions.
Melt butter over Medium Low heat in a medium pan.
Place potato mixture in pan and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
Turn the mixture over with spatula. (You won't be able to do it all at once. It will be in pieces.)
Cook for 10 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste.
