Grilled Peppers, Mushrooms, Red Onion

1 medium red onion 1 large red bell pepper1 large green bell pepper1 large yellow bell pepper 1 large orange bell pepper15 mushrooms 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese9 TBSP balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp olive oil
1) wash produce
2) mix 3 tbsp olive oil and 9 tbsp balsamic vinegar in small bowl, set aside
2) cut peppers, onion into large square like shapes
3) place peppers, onion, and mushrooms on grill skewers
4) place on grill on medium
5) bast with olive/ balsamic mixture
6) continue to turn every 4 minutes and baste
7) Cook to taste, or until the peppers just start to turn soft
8) take vegies off skewers, place in bowl, mix and sprinkle with the *grated parmesan cheese
*This recipe works best with the real grated parmesan cheese
