sneaky chef thumbprint peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1/3 c Sneaky chef flour blend(remove)2 cups nature's path organic heirloom whole grain cereal 1/2 tsp Baking Soda Salt, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 1 large 1/2 cup splenda Brown Sugar Blend3 tbsp mazola vegeteble plus oil1/2 cup pureed Carrots, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Put cereal in food processor and process until crumbs. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine wet and dry just until moistened. Mix in chips. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.
