Ingredients
33 grams Dark Chocolate, at least 60% coco2 eggsDab of preferred alcohol: recipe calls for Grand Marnier, but I usually use whatever's handy.
Directions
-Melt the chocolate in a double-broiler or under very low heat. Be careful not to keep it on the stove too long, or it becomes hard again.
-Leave chocolate to cool.
-Separate the egg whites and beat them to stiff peaks.
-Mix the yolks into the melted chocolate and add the alcohol.
-Carefully fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites until well mixed.
-place in two custard bowls/wine glasses and chill at least 3 hours before serving.

*Makes two servings of about 1/2 a cup

My mom used to make this when I was a kid, although she layered it with Nilla Wafers in a square dish (and didn't add the alcohol) and served it the next day. MMMMMMM so good then and I bet your "grown up" version would be just as good! - 4/28/09
