Baked Apple

4 medium apples2 tbsp walnuts, chopped1tsp cinnamon1 tsp maple syrup3/4 (0.75) cup boiling water
1. Core each apple only to 1/2 inch at bottom.
2. In small bowl, mix cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
3. Spoon misture into each apple. Spoon 1/4 tsp of maple syrup over each apple.
4. Place in baking dish.
5. Pour boiling water in bottom of dish and bake at 375*F for 35-40 minutes.
One apple is one serving.
