chicken vegetables and pasta

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless1/2 green bell pepper cut in strips1/2 onion chopped2 lg carrots sliced1 can mushrooms1 cup roasted red peppers11/2 cup chicken broth2 tbsp olive oil4 tbsp asian sesame with ginger dressing12oz cooked pasta1/4 cup parmesan cheese3 tsp minced garlic1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
makes 8 11/2 cup servings
Marinate chicken 45 minutes in dressing, while chicken is marinating chop vegetables to stir fry. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and stir fry in 2 tbsp olive oil. Remove chicken and then add vegetables and stir fry for 7-10 minutes. Return chicken to vegetables add chicken broth simmer add 1/2 of cheese and red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste. When pasta is done toss with chicken and vegetables.
