Greek Style Spinach

Ingredients
3 c. fresh spinach, washed1.5 oz. crumbled feta cheese1 t. olive oilhalf a lemon, juiced including pulp
Directions
Toss spinach, feta, olive oil, and lemon juice. Place in pyrex pan and broil for 7-10 minutes. When spinach is cooked and cheese is melted and slightly browned, it is ready. Serve on the side or over rice.
