Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 - 15.5 oz cansSesame Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Curry powder, 3 tsp Lemon juice, 6 tbsp Water, tap, .25 cup Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Salt, .5 tsp
Put all ingredients into blender and blend on high until smooth. Can use hot sauce in place of jalapeno pepper. Can use olive oil in place of sesame oil. Best if refrigerated overnight before serving so flavors have time to intensify. Makes 16 - 1/4 C servings. Cooking time is blending time.
